Welcome to the Show!

Vendor Load In & Set Up Times

Friday, May 24/24 ~ 8am - 8pm

Saturday, May 25/24 ~ 8am - 9:30am (Show starts at 10am)

Tear Down-Following the Conclusion of the Show on Sunday afternoon. Your booth and items must be cleared out of the arena by Monday at 11am!

Please do not park in the Fire Lane...Park in a designated spot and unload.

Booths must be fully paid for before set up can begin. Cheque or Email Money Transfer.
If your booth is not yet paid, please make it a priority to get this looked after.

Silent Auction Donations

Please bring your Silent Auction Donations to the Silent Auction Room in the Lobby as early as you can on Friday. I need the time to prepare the Bid Sheets and organize this auction. I am asking all exhibitors for a donation of some sort for this auction, as it is for a great cause, Habitat for Humanity Grey Bruce.  I can also collect the donation from you at your booth during set up. Another option is to make arrangements with me to pick it up or be delivered to my home ahead of time. This is actually the best option so I can prep the bid sheets before the show.
